Ordering Schedule

Orders can be placed from Monday to Saturday. All orders placed during this period will be consolidated and delivered together on Sunday.

Delivery Schedule

All confirmed orders are delivered on Sunday within your selected time slot. This bulk delivery model ensures maximum freshness and minimizes waste.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected partner communities in Hyderabad. We are expanding to more cities and communities. During registration, you can select your community from the available list.

Delivery Time Slots

• 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Delivery Charges

A standard delivery charge of ₹50 applies to all orders. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount (check current offers).

Order Tracking

You can track your order status in real-time through your account dashboard. You will receive notifications at each stage:

• Order Placed / Accepted
• Order Scheduled
• Out for Delivery
• Delivered

Delivery Instructions

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected time slot
• Provide accurate delivery address and contact number
• For COD orders, please keep exact change ready
• Check your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you. The order may be rescheduled or cancelled as per your preference.
