1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ManaFresh, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Ordering & Delivery
- Orders can be placed from Monday to Saturday
- All orders will be delivered on Sunday
- Delivery is available only to selected partner communities
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
3. Product Quality
We guarantee 100% fresh products with no frozen items. All products undergo quality checks before delivery. If you receive a product that doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Cards, and Net Banking
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Delivery charges may apply as per location
5. Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled before the delivery date. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For quality issues, please contact our support team.
6. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration, including your community selection.
7. Limitation of Liability
ManaFresh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
